Co-Founder & CEO
A former collegiate athlete turned media executive, Alex brings over 12 years of experience in sports broadcasting and content strategy. Before founding Sports Lab Media, Alex held senior roles at two major sports networks, overseeing original programming and digital expansion. A native Californian with a deep passion for authentic storytelling, Alex leads the company's vision, partnerships, and long-term growth strategy.
Jordan Kim
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Jordan is the creative force behind Sports Lab Media's award-winning content. With a background in documentary filmmaking and editorial design, Jordan has spent a decade crafting visual stories for athletes, brands, and leagues across the globe. Jordan's work has been featured at international film festivals and earned recognition from the sports media community for pushing the creative boundaries of the genre.
Morgan Hayes
Co-Founder & Head of Brand
Morgan brings a sharp commercial instinct and a decade of brand-side experience to Sports Lab Media. Having worked with global sports brands on integrated campaigns and athlete endorsement strategy, Morgan bridges the gap between creative storytelling and measurable business impact. Morgan leads all client relationships, brand development, and the company's growing agency practice.
